| 3. Can CJS-Thailand make two color injection molds? |
| Answer : We certainly can, we are expert for the design double injection mold making over a decade. This type of work called double injection (one for inner part and one with outside shape of the rubber). We can put you in tough with our engineers to answer any questions in deep detail. |

| 4. How long will CJS-Thailand take time to finish the mold? |
Answer : It normally takes 30 days for single mold and 45 days for double mold to finish the plastic injection molds, depending on the complexity of the part. However, it also takes time to ship by boat for 10 days or by air for 2 days from Taiwan.
Once the mold are ready they will be tested, the first out of tool that is sent to the client. The client then give feedback and then new samples is approved by the client and the tool is approved, the adjustment process normally takes about 14 days. |

| Answer : Of course, we’re available to service the client who got the problem for die-casted. As the client gave other company to make the new mold and they can’t solve the problem. |
